Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with the product you purchase.

All full-priced items can be returned for an EXCHANGE OR REFUND within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We can exchange the size if it is available, or if you would prefer a different product entirely that is possible also.
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.

We do not offer credits for change of mind.


All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached. 
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
  • not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
  • no make up or other marks on the fabric
  • not been washed or dried

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Hill Clothing Co staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.


We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us. 
Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’), washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing. 
We will process your REFUND, or EXCHANGE and contact you by email within 4 business days of receiving the item. 

Please note: If requesting a REFUND, the cost of Shipping will be deducted from your REFUND at a cost of standard shipping depending on your location.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 
We are more than happy to replace, repair, or refund in the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault.

You can email if you believe your garment has a fault. 



We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned. We currently do not offer exchanges internationally. Please email to start the return process.

Please note, duties and VAT are not refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
